No signs

I've always had irregular periods they will come every month but my cycle vary every single month any where between 15 days to 33 days this month in the beginning I only spotted for about 2 days that's it took a pregnancy test that same week and one last week both negative still no sign of AF or pregnancy but 2 days ago my mom and cousin said I look pregnant even tho I'm pretty sure I'm not any advice
