TTC after IUD removal?

Question

I had my IUD taken out 1 day before af showed up, then af came on time. Apparently some women experience bleeding after their IUD removal so I can't be sure which bleeding, if not both, took place. I was just wondering if anyone conceived the same cycle you got your IUD removed? We have just started trying so I know I shouldn't get my hopes up, but I just wanted to know if it's possible or hear some related experiences. Thank you!

I had mine removed April 2015. We have been actively trying since with no luck. I'm seeing my ob on Tuesday to start another process of fertility aide. I took clomid from November until February and only ovulated once. I think it just depends on your body.

I had mine taken out at the end of October and we conceived in January. I didn't get my AF until November after I had it taken out. My dr said she's had a lot of women with IUD conceive quickly...not sure about first cycle but within a few months. :) Hoping things go fast for you!!

Got mine removed April if 2015. Ended up pregnant November of 2015. Some people it happens right away, others it takes time. Everyone is different. When reading about removal and TTC seemed the average was it took about 7months after removal for most to get pregnant.

Glad to see this post, I'm curious too! We are about to start trying when I get my IUD out next month, and I'm nervous as we're on the older side (I'm 34, he's 43) and have some other issues going on. Good luck!

Had mine taken in in either August or September (I can't remember) and conceived in December around Christmas.
