Dyeing hair !

Is it safe to home dye your hair while pregant ? Or are there certain dyes that Are more recommend during pregnancy then others? Or would it be best to go to a hair place? The only reason I feel the need to dye my hair is I feel disgusting throughout my pregnancy fat & ugly & I thought maybe i did my hair id feel a bit better.. But I don't want to put the baby in danger, ftm here thanks for you inputs 💕
