BF spends 2hrs max w/baby

My boyfriend and I live together. He's back to work working 12pm-9am shifts. I take care of this baby all day long and I love it but it's so hard. She's 3 weeks old. He makes comments about my appearance calling me a fatass, and saying sarcastic things like "that makeup you just put on made SUCH a difference you look great now". I feel depressed and ugly. I was very skinny and had a slim face and no dark circles pre pregnancy and now I'm left with this insanely stretch marked belly with its saggy wrinkles and chubby face. I'm only 3 weeks pp and I feel terrible about myself my whole pregnancy I didn't take a selfie just of the bump haha. Anyway he makes me feel terrible. I feel bad enough I don't know what to tell him.
