When does the pain end?

So, when does the pain subside? I have stitches down there, as they had to cut me, and I think I hurt my tail bone pretty bad. Had a very rough labor. Also hemmoraged after and blacked out. I lost a lot of blood, and blood pressure has been low since. I'm just wondering when I can expect to feel like myself again. When can I get in and out of bed easily, sit like a normal person, etc?

The whole 3 days in the hospital sucked for me to get in and out of bed. My whole body was soo sore. I didn't like sitting for those days either since I had a clitoris tear that needed stitches. It's been a week for me now and my body is no longer sore but I do feel pain once in awhile.

The day after giving birth was the worst for me I felt like I'd been hit by a bus! I took paracetamol and ibuprofen for as long as I felt I needed it. I had no stitches and only a slight tear and took me about a week to be able to sit comfortably. Nearly 4wks later I still don't feel totally like myself but I think that's down to sleep deprivation!! I try to have 5-10 minutes to myself each day even if it's just to paint my nails, have a cup of tea etc.
