Yellow discharge?

I was going pee this morning and looked down, and I see this weird line of mucus looking stuff, which I've never seen. I wiped and it looked like the mucus that comes out of your nose when you are sick... Yellow.. Should I be concerned? Nothing hurts, but it was definitely weird, considering it never experienced that before.
