Is it worth going back to school?

I am 10 weeks and thought about going back to school. I did actually graduated college 2 years ago but had no luck finding a job. I studied to be a medical administrative assistant. There is another which is I can get my certification so I am stuck between this and going to take a 4-6 week class for healthcare administration. I am not sure if school is even worth it. Any advice? Also I work too so I don't want to stress myself out.
