Tick bite - tmi

Found a tick in my groin (I live in the country) on Friday morning. This is the progression. I've had slight headache. Kind of freaked out now though. It was a dog tick not a deer tick. Worried about infection or rocky Mountain spotted fever. Dog ticks don't carry lyme disease. Going to go to the doctor tomorrow since it's just getting worse. Praying they don't put me on an antibiotic. I've read that can reduce your chances of conceiving. Is that true?
