Breastmilk- to warm or not?

Question

Anyone using a bottle warmer to warm their breast milk before giving to their LO?  If so why or why not?

I'm asking bc tonight I placed my baby's bottle in a bowl of hot water as I gave her a bath bc it was still cool from being in the fridge. When I went to the bottle, it was a bit warmer than usual (room temp is usual for us) however she seemed to LOVE it, and was fast asleep a lot sooner than usual.

Just curious on this topic for other mommies.

I warm it up enough to get it unseperated from being in the fridge but it's pretty cool when I give it to my twins. I just don't want my babies to only take warmed milk since I often am making it in a hurry and rarely have time to do it. Especially if I'm doing it in the middle of the night 😀😀

I used to warm it in a bowl of hot water, but she got to the point where she was
Screaming bloody murder while I waited the 5 min to warm it. I started giving it to her straight from the fridge and she's been fine with it. It also helps her slow down on her bottles, which she needs to do since she was sucking them down so fast she'd get an upset stomach

Mine is always warmed. She usually only gets one bottle and that's in the middle of the night since daddy doesn't sleep at night lol
