Not saying you have herpes but you do know herpes is fairly common to have around the lips? Basically it's a different strand than the std and causes cold sores. So someone saying herpes would necessarily be saying you have the std form.

My friends daughter has a food allergy, but not a real allergy, more like a mouth allergy? When she eats certain foods during certain times of the year she gets something similar around her mouth and chin. I'd run to the doctor just to be safe. Good luck!

Have you tried taking benedryl? My first step would be to take benedryl and apply hydrocortisone cream to see if some of the inflammation goes down.

It might be impetigo and if so it will keep spreading until you get it treated! Go see a dr asap im sure it will clear up just fine

Closer up. It seems to be drying up... I haven't done anything to it yet except clean it with soap and water.
