Low milk help
So I breast feed my son but I have noticed that my milk supply is getting low I try to eat very healthy to help boost my supply . I was told that this(picture below) would help me a lot so my baby will have more milk . So my question is has anybody use this or something else or how did you help you breast milk supply ?? Please help
