ttc help!

Help! I have been trying to get pregnant since February and I am having no luck. I am 25 years old and in February I stopped taking loestrin birth control pills, about three months prior to that I had a Mirena iud, removed that i had had for five years. I have no children and desperately want to conceive does, anyone have an idea of why I have not gotten pregnant yet or any ideas that would help me conceive? Thanks!
