Boyfriend and period

So maybe I'm about to exaggerate a little because I'm literally crazy on my period, but my boyfriend has such disregard for me/my feelings on my period. It's driving me nuts and it's making me more emotional. All I want is for someone to cuddle me in the AC and get me food and hold me. But no xbox is so much more important and says "it's fine it'll be over in a week" like fuck you period week is the longest week of the month 😡 I don't ask for much but damn he annoys me. What can I do to make myself less psycho and him more considerate??
