Woke up in the middle of the night...

AF DUE the 6th woke up last night with some pain in my stomach, this morning I feel like I've been hit by a bus so sore and almost feels like my sides are bruised. Stomach feels hard too. Pain radiates to my low back. 🤔😩 geezus.
