Opk test help! Positive 5 days in a row!

Hey everyone. I use 2 apps to track my cycles but the past 5 days I have had +opks. Why and what does it mean?!?! I have read some negative things online....I have included a chart on my temping, cm and the days u bd. When did I ovulate? Did I ovulate? I just don't even know. The test was brightest on the 26th.
