I don't remember if I took my medication
It helps me sleep, but I have no idea if I took my tablet. If I take it will I have overdosed if I did already take it. Kinda feel like I'm going crazy now. The withdrawals I get the next day are really bad and make me feel ill if I don't take it.
I don't know what to do and I'm stressing out
