Worried about conceiving.

My main goal and passion i want in life is to start my own family. I have been with the love of my life for over a year now and the more i think about having kids (which he wants really badly as well) the more I worry about whether or not theres something wrong with him or I because we have been having unprotected sex since December and still nothing. I guess i just need something to go off of so I dont worry about it as much.... 😯
