I need your ladies advice.

My boyfriend called me tonight and said we needed to talk. We are in a long distance relationship of 5 months. Texting and calling is our keys. He told me he is helping out a friend of his (it's a female). She has no place to go, lost her kids, no job, and no car. However, with the apartment me and him have that we BOTH pay for, he wanted to offer her to stay with him till she got on her feet and got a place. In our lease it states that my boyfriend and I are to be the only occupants staying in the house. If we are caught (he is caught) with someone in the apartment other than me, he can face eviction and fees that he can't pay for. I have had a huge trust issue with him and women because females can be slimy as shit. I understand he wants to help, but THAT'S MY PLACE. THAT'S MY SECOND HOME, once my lease is up and he isn't going to charge her since she needs to get on her feet? He said it wouldn't be a long stay. What if I want to stay down there? I don't want some other chick in my household. I know I'm being selfish ladies, but what do I do? Do I ask to talk to the girl, woman to woman and lay my boundaries or let it happen and see if the consequences of her being there? I'm very stuck in the situation since I'm 90 miles away. Be open minded if you're going to leave a comment.
