EVERY DAY I'M BLEEDING WTF HELP

Okay so before I got the implant in my arm, sex was fine. After the implant, every time my bf and I have sex, I'll bleed and its sometimes like a normal period, others just spotting. And I'll randomly have clots come out. But if we don't have sex its just dead blood. Brown discharge constantly. I've only had 1 day were i've had no yucky discharge.

I'm cramping all the time. I've only had it since june but its pissing me off.

I have to constantly wear pads. And sex is just becoming not fun anymore because who wants to have sex when your vagina not only smells bad, but is leaking goopy discharge??

I'm too embarrassed to have sex now.

Should I get it taken out?

Edit: HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM?? (I don't have a doctor currently)
