A little worried and confused...

I'm 6 weeks and 6 days and yesterday I went to work all fine, went to the toilet and wiped and there was some blood and a little clot type thing... I went to a and e in a panic (as I've had a miscarriage before) and I waited for an hour for them to discharge me as i didnt have any pain and said I have to go to a early pregnancy clinic on Monday morning. I decided to take a couple of tests just to make sure and they have 2 lines but extremely faint. I have been drinking loads of water so I don't know if it diluted? I have taken a picture with the first test I took around 2weeks ago (hence it's dried up). Has this happened to anyone before?
