does early abortion hurt???

i intend to get an abortion next week or the week after .. i'm only 5 weeks now ,, but terrified of the thought of being hurt physically ,, any one done this before can tell me what should i expect ??

I had one @ 6 1/2 weeks. I had a medical abortion where I took pills. You take the first set right there wherever you're getting it done & the second set of pills the next day. You have to let the pills dissolve in your mouth & I honestly thought I was going to vomit the entire time. Within 20 minutes of them being dissolved I was on the floor in the fetal position bawling my eyes out. It hurt so damn bad... By the next day I was fine though. Just bleeding for a couple weeks after.
