Pains .. Help!

Tomorrow i will be 12 weeks and today me and my boyfriend went to breakfast and i started having pains. I thought it might have been because i had to pee but i did and they were still there. I am still having them right now when i move, it isnt a horrible pain but it definitely does not feel right. Right now im laying down my left side and i feel fine. Could something be wrong? Any advice please
