Name change help
My sons bio father is an ass. He doesn't see his son, he talks crap about me to others. I've never done anything to him, he left me when I was 7 months prego 3 years ago. I've had enough of him bullying me around. How can I go about getting my sons last name changed without his dad knowing? If his dad found out, it would be an awful situation.
