Should I forgive her?

So, recently my husband and I decided to move in one of my close friends but as a result of her moving in, our house becamr dirty I became depressed, many arguments occurred between my husband and I, she never paid a dime &owes us us well over $1,000. She often accused me of lying when I did not, and insisted on pushing all my buttons and only striking the chords that hurt me the most.

So we kicked her out. However today she called me and asked me for forgiveness and apologized. How do i forgive her while still making sure she doesn't take advantage of my family or me again?
