Anterior placenta

So today at 24w5d I finally saw I have an anterior placenta. No doctor has told me at my US. The only reason I know this is because I went online to look to see if lab railed had come back and I just started browsing through old reports and one from 19wreks, where I found out the gender, said placenta anterior. Now I'm not mad about having it just a bit disappointed I was never told bc well it would have been nice to know. So with that being said what should I know about having an anterior placenta??
