Bruised tailbone 😭

So I have had back pain that is incredibly horrible and I can't sit lay down or anything. Went to the hospital and found out it's normal called bruised tailbone its when the baby and the sac is pressing your spine in the curve position and I'm over here miserable. And on top of that I have a hip injury which my joint is abnormal and is bone to bone so I'm just in so much pain😑 any one else got this?
