Losing hope

I have have pcos(and EVERYTHING that comes with it) my whole life I started my period at age 9 but never knew what it really was until me and my partner(gf) decided we were ready for a baby, we tried alot but no luck so I decided to do research and to find out I may be infertile it really hurts! I've always wanted kids..I want to conceive naturally well atleast not with doctor help but I'm losing hope any success stories? (Without doc help)
