Change in Moles during pregnancy?

Question

Has any one with miles noticed a change in their appearance since pregnancy? I just looked at one of mine today and it now doesn't have color on half of the mole. I am concerned that the change happened so rapidly.

Yep same here. I actually got a new one on my back that was raised black very strange shape. I got it removed and it came back fine but the dermatologist said this happens all the time during pregnant! New moles and the ones you have change!

I'm a nurse that works in a dermatology office and it is very normal for moles to change during pregnancy. I have many myself that are changing ! I always recommend a full skin check once a year at a Derm office. I'm going to get one again after baby is born to make sure everything is still normal.

This is happening to me as well. I have about 100+ moles on my body so I don't keep track of every single one closely but there is one on my nipple that I've become very aware of since being pregnant. I'm going to make an appointment with my family doc next week to get her to look at it. It's grown at least double if not triple in size and it's now raised. I'm hoping it's a hormonal thing and increased pigmentation. I think it's worth checking out.

Everything swells when you're pregnant... I'd bring it up at your next appointment though
