Husband messed up bottle

I feel bad after I yelled at him, but my husband made a 4oz bottle this morning so I didn't have to get up (more than thankful for that) but I guess I never told him this usually I make the bottles.  He made 4oz but only put in one scoop of formula. I didn't notice how watered down it was until little one drank 2 oz.  I dumped it & made a new one.   How bad can that hurt the lo?
