Swelling and pain

Over the past three weeks my stomach has swollen up to where it looks like I'm pregnant and is really hard ( I'm not) I have also been getting sudden cramps in my pelvic area which are really painful and sharp. Within a week or so I noticed my stomach got bigger and my boobs have been really achey and sore. I've been to the doctor (2 weeks ago) and said it was gas and to avoid greasy foods but agreed to give me a blood test.

Any one experienced anything similar or have any idea what it could be?
