Rough sex? Lol

So I'll admit, me and my BF do get a little rough. But I wouldn't say TOO rough. Anyways, almost every time, I end up getting swollen "down there"... I usually want to do it twice a day since it's the honeymoons phase of our relationship but I can't because I keep getting swelled up! Anyone else have this issue? We do use lube and oral! That's why I don't get why I swell up after sex lol
