Another round of surgery

Looking for positive thoughts and prayers! On Thursday, I'm going in for another hysteroscopy. I previously had one in late January, combined with an ovarian wedge resection via laparoscopy.

It looks like I have a new polyp or fibroid that has developed inside my uterus since January, so doc is going to remove it and do a D&C.

I miscarried two years ago and didn't have a period again until over a year later when I started taking clomid and progesterone; I hate to think of what would have happened if I didn't start having medicated cycles.
