dry?????

I seemed to have skipped ovulating... 

I got really milky discharge for like 2 days and was suppose to ovulate today but instead I have gone SUPER dry down there. does this happen to anyone else before ovulating or did I just happen to skip it this month??? I never really check my cm but just wondering if any of you do, I'd appreciate the tips or whatever u have to offer to say!! thx UPDATE: last period was June 25-27th 3 days long I'm always exactly 20 days apart on periods! suppose to be ovulating today {according to eve}
