Army significant other

After nearly 6 years together and a whole summer spent side by side,my boyfriend left for army boot camp yesterday. We're 22 and have a very mature relationship since we've been together so long. I'm incredibly proud of him and everything he's doing for himself and our future. I just already miss talking to him all the time and sharing my life with him. While he's at boot camp,I'm starting the very exciting journey of a first year teacher and it's a good distraction but I wish he was here so I could tell him all about it. Anyone else feel my pain? Ugh 😭
