What did u do ? And how long did it take? Im on my first cycle since April 2016....And we arent trying but we arent preventing either....any advice ? We were tracking but he said it made me go under stress and since i stopped thinking about it that stress couldve effected my period (But my periods were always outta whack) any advice ?  😊
