Implant hurting!

I had loads of problems when I was on the implant, so 3 weeks ago I had it taken out. After leaving the plaster on for 3 days (as told), I took it off along with the steristrips - my arm had blisters where the steristrips are, but they've now healed up, just scarred. My cut where the implant came out has healed and scarred but it still hurts like a bruise when the skin pulls around it (when I put a top on, or stretch too much etc), is this normal??
