EBF Help please!!!

How do you get time away when your baby refuses a bottle and a pacifier? I feel like I'm going to go crazy. He sleeps his longest stretches during the day and then is up all night grunting and crying. He's 4 weeks old and we've tried different bottles and paci's and nothing works to calm him other than me. While I love this it's very hard when I'm running on 2 hours of sleep to not get frustrated. I barely have time to eat much less drink the water I'm suppose to. I can baby wear but that doesn't give me sleep or time to myself.
