Red raspberry leaf tea? 37 weeks. Thoughts?

First off it's delicious ! Just saying lol secondly  it does help with strengthening your uterus! My doctor actually asked me to start drinking it yesterday little does she know I've been drinking it for weeks 😂 😉 she also has me inserting primrose evening oil vaginally at night to help soften my cervix .. My doctor is more excited about my daughters arrival then I am 😂😂😂 she wants her out!

Good for strengthening your uterus to help with contractions. I'd drink it if I wouldn't puke.. I hate raspberry so much for some reason 😖😖

I'm 35w 2d and started drinking the tea at 34 weeks! I drink 2 cups a day and put 2 tea bags in each time instead of one! I also started taking the Evening Primrose Oil pills orally at 34 weeks once a day. Now I take the pills 2 times a day and will start to insert them at 36 weeks :)

Anyone know how early you can stray drinking it ?

I've been drinking it my whole pregnancy, I'm currently 36w 4d & had my cervix checked Monday & was 2cm dialated and 80% effaced midwife said I have a favorable cervix. I'm going to partly attribute that to the tea. hopefully that & the evening primrose oil I just started taking makes for a short & easy delivery.
