Help circumsion issues!!!

I had my son circumsied 10 days ago, it bled a little at first but healed after about 4 days. Now I just went to change his diaper and it looks like it's bleeding from two different areas on the tip. Not a lot of blood but still bleeding again. It's too late to call the doctor is this normal should I be worried? The only thing I can think of is maybe it got stuck to the diaper and tore?
