So I took 3 pregnancy tests within the span of a week and a half. Two within 3 days of each other and another one the beginning of the next week. They all came out positive. I have been absolutely ecstatic because my fiancé and I weren't even trying and I feel super blessed to be given this chance that many others are trying so hard for.

To my point, I have a doctor's appointment set for August 9th (this coming Tuesday) and I am trying to be patient but I'm having difficulty. I don't want to tell any family members yet until the tests come back from the doctors and say "yep your prego" but my main problem is the mind is a powerful thing. These past few days I haven't felt any pain, one night I felt horrible my stomach was cramping and I couldn't roll over on my side.

**THE WHOLE POINT** Aside from the headaches and occasional nausea and throwing up I don't feel like I am. I mean until I go to the doctor I have no idea how far along I am but if all these tests I've taken say I am and I have more noticeable symptoms doesn't that mean I most likely am pregnant? I know I won't feel too too much at first but my mind it's like it's trying to convince me I'm not pregnant. Is there a chance I'm

Not? Oh yeah. But with all these signs of evidence it's hard to believe in not.

My mind is messing with me making me believe I'm not pregnant. But I'm guessing I'm only a few weeks along if I am so there wouldn't be any body signs or feelings from my tummy area.

MY QUESTION: can people early in their pregnancy be so and not feel anything? Almost as if they are not?

IM SORRY FOR ALL THIS INFO I WOULD JUST LIKE SOME REASSURANCE IF ANY.
