Weight gain?

Ladies,

I am 28w5d and I just left my doctor appointment. I have gained 20 lbs. the doctor asked me to start monitoring diet carefully. I was 127 pre pregnancy. Now weighing 147.

Anyone else around this corridor? Are you also monitoring weight?

Thanks ladies. Feeling a little better. It was like having the wind knocked out of me when  she said it's too much this early.

Yeah forget your doctor, dude. As long as you're healthy and baby is healthy it doesn't matter. Your body will do what it needs to do. Im 31weeks and up 40lbs already despite being VERY active my whole pregnancy.

I'm 30 weeks and have gained 25lbs 😑😑 I'm petite 5' even and WAS 100lbs so trust me I feel every it of that 25lbs but I think you'll be ok just eat a balanced diet unlike me ... Stuffing my face w cookies! 😞

Oh geeze. I've gained 25lbs so far (31weeks) and my doc said "you could stay the same until the end or gain another 10 and we'll be happy". I didn't start out small either. My start was 180 :$ but I feel good and we eat healthy, with treats occasionally!
