Co-sleeping
I'm considering co-sleeping because I'm exhausted from sleeping on the couch or floor next to my LO's Rock n play (only place she'll sleep). If you co-sleep, can you tell me how you do it? Are they literally loose in the bed with you? Would love to hear strategies.
