Cervix question!

I'm new to feeling for cervix positions, last month at this time I couldn't feel my cervix, today it was pretty low and firm. I'm 8 days out from my period. Google searches are confusing me on what this means 😂 does anyone know what that could mean? too early to test for pregnancy, but of course I still have been testing and getting BFN though haha!
