Tmi tmi possible miscarriage??

Has anyone experienced this and turned out ok? My doctor told me early spotting/bleeding can be normal and only call if it's heavy as or heavier than a period. I only have mild cramps they are a lot like constipation. I notice I only increase in bleeding after a BM. Usually very light in the morning and peogesses during the day then fades away at night. Uterine lining is 12.5 and levels came back normal first ultrasound is on the 16th. Some one please help :(
