Help!

My period is late by 23 days now. I've taken 3 tests and they've all been negative. I'm on the pill, so my period is like clock work. My bf and I have sex a few times a week and don't use protection. I've been very moody lately, and the tips of my nipples have gotten extremely dark purple? I'm not sure what's going on??
