Miscarriage!

I was so excited July 21st when I took a pregnancy test and found out I was pregnant! It all changed for me this week... I started bleeding 😩 went to the emergency room they drew blood and my pregnancy hormone was only a 45 which was low and they couldn't detect anything on the ultrasound... So I went back to get more blood drawn to see if my hormone was higher but it dropped to a 19... Very upset and I'm in a lot of pain!!!
