Low milk supply

Baby is frustrated and not getting enough milk during nursing. I nursed for well over 30 minutes and he was still sucking his hands & crying while nursing. I pumped afterwards and only got half an oz out of each breast. I've been nursing & power pumping but it's not working. Show me pics of your fenugreek pills & mothers milk tea! Do they increase supply? Willing to try anything bc I refuse to give up!
