Getting pregnant with one tube

Okay, so in September of 2013 I had an ectopic pregnancy that resulted in my right Fallopian tube having to be removed. My doctor told me it shouldn't effect me trying to get pregnant later on. Upon further research I've learned that your chances of pregnancy with only one Fallopian tube decreases by 50%! Have any of you gone through this and were able to still get pregnant naturally? I have baby fever and am a little discouraged. Success stories and advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank youuu! 💕
