Illegal Relationship?

So right now I'm 17 and my boyfriend is 15 (turning 16 in November). So, my question is when I turn 18 and he is 16 and we have sex would it be considered illegal even if he is the age of consent? And how would it work if I became pregnant? Would that be illegal? Just things I'm worried about for the future. Thank you.

I think it differs in each State, not sure.
But I am in Pennsylvania and the legal age of consent is 16, and ranges to four years. So if he is 16 his consent goes up to someone 20 years old. But you guys are in a relationship and are only 2 years apart, and were in one prior to you being an adult. So I highly doubt anyone will bother you about it.

If you think about it a girl who is 18 dating someone younger is fine but if it were the other way around then it would be illegal. So to men yes it's illegal to date a boy under 18 but for women it's okay to do.

I live in Kansas and this had me curious so I looked up our law and the age of consent is 16 regardless of relationship, closeness in age etc. 
for example. 
if I'm 16 and my boyfriend was 15 even though we're close in age I could still get charged with statutory rape. if we were both 15 we could BOTH be charged with statutory rape. so baisically the law is straight across - must be 16 years old to have sex. 😂

Age of consent in my state is 17. Even if you were in a relationship for years previous, once you turn 18 and the person is younger than 16, it's illegal. Usually only becomes an issue if a parent makes it one though. I went to school with a guy who ended up in jail over this exact thing. Was with the girl for quite awhile, she was 16 almost 17, he turned 18. She ended up pregnant (almost 17 but still 16). Parents got pissed and blamed him. Filed charges for statutory rape and he was convicted. Keep in mind she was pregnant so there was no way to deny the sex. She had baby and he couldn't even see his own kid because he was considered a sexual predator. I would look up the laws for your state for specifics.

Although I don't think anyone would say anything to you I will say since you guys are 3 years apart it's fine. At least where I am. Until you're 21 but by then he'll be about 19 so you guys should be fine.
