HELP!! π¨π¨π¨
Ok, this isn't an emergency, but I just wanted your attention...
I have my cousins wedding coming up in October in the Dominican Republic. It's going to be the first time my boyfriend meets my dad (we're long distance, he's in Trinidad).
I'm really excited, but I'd like to lose 10-20 pounds by then so we can take some really cute pictures and look really great together, not that we already don't π We'll be having a lot of beach time and I want to look π―
I'm 5'5" and 182 pounds. I'm on my feet for about 6 hours+ every day, I'm a teacher. But I'm committed, any fit ladies that can give me tips? Or great workouts. I feel like I'm stuck in the routine of eliptical and then a little bit of weight training and it's not effective anymore π
I'm a really confident person so even if I gain 10 instead of losing it, I wouldn't trade my body for the world. I've been in really great health my whole life.
